14-day returns

You may return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at at.store.inc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the item. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
